AXEL (Topramezone 336 g/l (w/v) SC)
Mode of action
It is a selective early post-emergence herbicide that inhibits the 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) enzyme, disrupting carotenoid production and causing bleaching of susceptible weeds. It is mainly used to control grasses and broad-leaved weeds and is best applied at the 2-3 leaf stage of weed growth.
